What we collect

When you create an account we store your email address and authentication details. Profiles hold the voice, audience, topics and visual details you add, including logos you upload. We also store the ideas you submit and the posts Pulse generates for you.

If you subscribe, Stripe processes your payment details. Pulse stores the related customer and subscription identifiers, not your full card number.

If you connect a social account, we receive the profile information that platform shares for the connection.

How we use it

We use this information to operate your account, generate drafts, remember your Profiles, keep your content history, and handle billing. Generation is sent to our AI provider so Pulse can write text and create visuals. We do not sell your personal information.

Who else sees it

We use a small number of processors to run Pulse: Supabase for authentication and file storage, Stripe for payments, and OpenAI for generation. They only receive what they need to do that work.

How long we keep it

We keep your account, Profiles and content while your account is open. If you delete content or close your account, we remove it from active systems. Backup copies may persist for a short period, then they are deleted too.

Your choices

You can update your Profiles, delete individual posts, or close your account from the product. Closing your account deletes the personal data we hold about you, except records we must keep for billing or the law.

Cookies

Pulse uses cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and to remember which Profile you are using. We do not use advertising cookies.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be visible here before they take effect.
